Returns and Refunds

Return Policy for Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return all products within 30 days from the day you received your order. For a smooth return process, please contact us via email at destek@ozerty-turkiye.com.

We only accept returns due to customer remorse under the following conditions:

  • The product must be new and unused.
  • For products sealed by the manufacturer, the seal must remain unbroken.
  • The product should not be damaged due to usage or handling by the customer.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all original accessories included.

To ensure you can buy your holiday gifts with peace of mind, we have extended the return period for orders placed between November 1st and December 25th. If necessary, you can return these orders by January 31st.

Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact the courier company. However, if you selected shipping insurance at checkout, we will cover the exchange. For insured shipments and incorrect or faulty products, please contact us via destek@ozerty-turkiye.com.

In such cases, you must return the product within 30 days from the day you received your order to be eligible for a replacement. Additionally, faulty products within 30 days of receipt are also covered under this policy.

Once our support team approves your return, you will not have to pay return shipping, as we will provide a prepaid return label.

Order Returns

Before returning a product, you must contact us at destek@ozerty-turkiye.com. This ensures that returns are processed smoothly and refunds are issued promptly.

In rare cases, returns may need to be sent outside of Turkey, and the costs for this may be the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, it is important to contact us before proceeding with the return.

Please make sure to package the product securely with its original accessories.

- Orders from a seller other than Ozerty:
Ozerty is a marketplace where third-party sellers offer their products. Each seller has a different return address. Please contact us at destek@ozerty-turkiye.com to get the correct return address for your product.

You need to contact our support team before starting the return process, as returns cannot be processed without approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and sometimes the product may need to be shipped outside of Turkey. This may incur an additional cost, but this policy helps us to offer competitive prices and provide a wide range of products.

We are committed to making the returns process as smooth and cost-effective as possible. If you contact us before initiating a return, we may be able to assist with alternative solutions or reducing costs.

We also endeavour to keep product descriptions as detailed and accurate as possible to ensure you make the best choice. Our goal is to ensure that your purchases meet your expectations while minimising returns.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations. Our priority is to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to provide fast and efficient service to most customers. In some cases, orders may be shipped within one hour of being placed.

Due to this quick processing time, making changes or cancellations after order confirmation is logistically not possible.

If you wish to return your order, please refer to the Return Policy section on this page. You can return the product after receiving it, under the conditions specified.

Lost Shipments

If your package has not been delivered at least two days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service team at destek@ozerty-turkiye.com.

When you notify us, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping company. This process may take up to five days. If the package cannot be found within this time, it will be considered lost.

In this case, a new one will be sent free of charge, and your new order confirmation will be received without additional charges (0.00TL).

Refund Process

Once your product is received and inspected by our warehouse team, the refund process will begin. After approval, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Warranty

All products are legally guaranteed for 3 months against manufacturing defects and other faults that may occur with proper use.
However, damages caused by user error are not covered under warranty.

If you detect a fault in your product within the first 3 months, please contact us at destek@ozerty-turkiye.com. We can initiate a return process to repair or replace the product if it is not repairable.
