The order will be processed within 1 to 6 business days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
If it's been less than 14 business days , you'll need to be a little more patient, your item is on its way!
If your entire order has still not arrived within 14 business days , please contact us and we will investigate the tracking code and resend if necessary.
To track your order, click on the Track My Order link and enter your tracking code. This code will be emailed to you within 6 days of your purchase.
If you cannot find the code, please check your spam folder; if it is not there, contact us so we can provide more information.
We currently only ship to Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates. We are working on opening new stores for other countries.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team via email with photos or videos of the issue you encountered and we will send you a new item immediately. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), please check your spam folders as we respond to 100% of emails. Otherwise, please contact us by phone.
Yes, please contact us via email first to open a support ticket and confirm that you wish to return this product for exchange and complete the return process.

Absolutely, contact us and we will inform you of the procedure. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. All you have to do is send the product back to us and we will process your return. Please see our return and refund policy .
