To avoid inaccurate measurements, make sure your smart scale is on a hard, flat surface. Do not place it on carpet or rugs. Keep it in a dry place to prevent cables and electrical parts from getting wet. Glass will be slippery if it is wet, so dry it before use if it is a little steamy. Do not use harsh cleaning products on your scale.
To prevent the scale from tipping, stand with both feet evenly on the scale. If you are wearing shoes or socks, it will not be able to take your measurements. So stand barefoot on the scale .
