How does this mixer work? First, place all your ingredients in the pitcher and close the lid. Press the button on top to turn the mixer on. Once your batter is well mixed, press it again to turn it off. Make sure your batter has enough liquid to mix properly. Then, hold the pitcher in the middle of your frying pan and squeeze the handle . The sliding lid on the bottom of the pitcher will open, allowing the batter to pour evenly! Once you have enough batter, release the handle to close the lid.
