A complete fixture kit allows for quick and easy installation , especially for those who want to do it all themselves. Use lubricant on the screws and turnbuckles to seamlessly attach between the patio cover and the support structure.
All-in-One M5 Hardware Kit
The nuts and bolts in this garden sail kit each have a 5mm metric thread . The 5mm diameter makes this hardware set perfect for small shade sails, but it will also work well with other shades of different shapes and sizes . Each set comes with 2 turnbuckles, 2 carabiners, 4 bumper eye/wall brackets, 16 plastic extensions, and 16 screws.
Screw the wall brackets to the support structures to provide attachment points for the tension rings and carabiners . This will allow you to securely attach the wind rope and sunshade to the poles. Make sure to use the plastic extensions to hold the screws firmly in place, then attach the turnbuckles and adjust their length accordingly to achieve maximum tension and prevent the sunshade from sagging.
This awning kit is made of 304 stainless steel to ensure a long service life. The steel material is naturally resistant to rust and other corrosive substances, so you can expose them to the elements without any worries. The hardware parts also have a polished finish for extra protection against stains, moisture, and wear.

To prevent your awning sagging, make sure it is positioned at an angle that allows rainwater to run off quickly (e.g. hyper and steep angles).
